The Network of International Women in Austria (NIWA) is a non-profit organisation and host of the 2026 edition of its flagship event “Sprechen Sie Success?” in Vienna, bringing together international women, entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives for two days of inspiration, learning, and meaningful connection.
Founded in 2021 by Rebecca Spanos and Estefanía Piñón, NIWA is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting migrant and international women in Austria by fostering community, professional development, and career opportunities. The network helps women integrate into the Austrian job market, build meaningful connections, and pursue financial independence and personal growth.
Held annually on International Women’s Day, Sprechen Sie Success? has become one of Vienna’s most dynamic summits for women to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and support one another’s ambitions. The 2026 edition takes place under the theme “Strength in Every Story,” highlighting the diverse paths women take toward success and celebrating resilience, leadership, and creativity.
A two-day program of inspiration and career development
For the first time, the event expands into a two-day format, taking place at Reaktor Vienna on March 7 and The Social Hub Vienna on March 8. The program combines powerful storytelling with practical career resources. Highlights of the agenda include: networking sessions, keynote talks with Sanam Shantyaei, Dasha Kosse, Julie Sufana, Jessie Halper, Xyoli Pérez-Campos, and panel discussions with Adela Mehic-Dzanic, Allison Miller, Ena Fejzagic Livancic, Harriet Hala, Eszter Brhlil. Interactive workshops, performances, and professional CV Reviews and photography are credited to Iris Muche, Silvia Iacobescu, Stanislawa Lewicka, Christine Ofner, Wemimo, Cristina Kornfeld, Catrina Poor, Nadya Babienko, Mandana Magharai, Anastasiia Kozlova, Madeleine Gossetti, Jaclin Kareta, Cosmina Pricop, Paola Otero, and everybody else who contributed.
The event is made possible through the founders and their team’s volunteer work and dedication to the cause, as well as collaborations with a growing ecosystem of partners and supporters including Loka Yoga Cafe, Mars, Voeslauer, Sheconomy, The Social Hub, Instax, Red Bull, Boldly, Ströck, and other organisations committed to empowering women and supporting international communities in Austria.

At its heart, Sprechen Sie Success? is more than a conference, it is a celebration of stories, courage, and the power of community.
