FASHION POSITIONS 2024 (the sixth edition) transformed Tempelhof Airport over four days into a vibrant venue for the creative intersection of fashion and art. Approximately 30,000 visitors took the opportunity to experience the works of 20 Berlin-based fashion designers and the renowned fashion and street style photographer Caroline Kynast. The event attracted a diverse audience, from industry professionals to fashion enthusiasts, providing ample space for inspiring dialogue.
The FASHION PASSION SHOP was another highlight of the event, with sales doubling compared to the previous year. Visitors had the chance to purchase pieces from the brands alongside the impressively designed installations. This demonstrates that fashion is appreciated not only as functional attire but also as an expression of creative ideas.
In addition to the impressive sales figures, the event facilitated numerous collaboration discussions. Designers used the platform to forge direct connections with industry representatives and potential partners, and there were notable inquiries from additional Berlin-based fashion brands interested in participating in future FASHION POSITIONS. This underscores the growing relevance and appeal of this platform within the creative community.
