Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, and Liu Yifei front the Bulgari Eternally Reborn Campaign
Bulgari brand ambassadors Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, and Liu Yifei have featured in the brand’s latest campaign, dubbed “Eternally Reborn.” Directed by Nathalie Canguilhem and photographed by fashion photographer Zoey Grossman, the campaign will be launched globally on Tuesday. Hathaway and Yifei attended the fashion show staged to present the collection and held at the antique complex of the Baths of Diocleziano, which was attended by the likes of Isabella Rossellini and Carla Bruni.
Following the viral social media reaction to the dress, Gap is releasing a poplin white shirt dress made from 100 percent organic cotton, similar to the one worn by Anne Hathaway on the red carpet in Rome. The custom dress was designed by Gap’s creative director, Zac Posen, and worn by the actress at a Bulgari event in Italy on May 20. The dress is inspired by a combination of the brand’s classic white shirt and the iconic Audrey Hepburn film ‘Roman Holiday’.
Posen, who became Gap’s creative director in February, said in a statement: “Designing this custom white shirt dress was an exciting opportunity to reimagine Gap’s classic white shirt. Incorporating elements like the shirt’s collar and placket and adding feminine touches with darting at the waist, we created a modern look that pays homage to the elegance of Audrey Hepburn in ‘Roman Holiday’. It is a connection between timeless style and contemporary fashion.”
The dress is now available and is currently sold in US sizes 00 to 16.
